Party-Size Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pie crust mix (2 crusts)
1 Tbsp. soft butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. bacon
1/2 lb. grated cheese
8 eggs or cholesterol free egg substitute
4 c. half and half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of nutmeg
dash of sugar
Preparation

Make pie crust according to package directions and line a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Fry and crumble bacon.
Grate cheese. Distribute bacon and cheese evenly over crust.
Slightly beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour over cheese and bacon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
(I also add mushrooms.)
