12 oz. corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
