Skillet Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. macaroni, cooked
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown beef in large skillet.
Remove beef from skillet.
Cook onion, green pepper and macaroni in meat fat until macaroni turns yellow.
Return meat to skillet.
Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings and bring to a boil.
Simmer 25 minutes covered.
