Rice Dish(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 green pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. hamburg or ground turkey breast
    1 c. Hunts no salt tomato sauce
    2 c. instant rice, cooked as on pkg.
    1 pkg. beef broth
    1/2 tsp. chilli
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion; add hamburg or ground turkey breast. Add Hunts no salt tomato sauce, 2 cups of instant rice, cooked as on package.
    Add 1 package of beef broth, 1/2 teaspoon chili and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
    Put in 8 x 8-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Spread top with 4 ounces of Cheddar, grated, or Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in microwave oven 8 minutes or 15 minutes in conventional oven.
