Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage (Jimmy Dean mild) or ham, cubed
    2 1/4 c. milk
    8 slices bread
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    Remove crust from bread and cut up.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place bread on bottom, then put sausage on top of bread.
    Beat eggs, milk and mustard; mix well and pour over sausage.
    Add cheese, then mushroom soup over all.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
