Hard Candy Or Glass Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. water
2 drops Loram flavoring
3 drops food coloring
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients in a large saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil without stirring until temperature reaches 310\u00b0 or until drops of syrup form hard balls in water or brittle threads in cold water.
Remove from heat. After boiling has ceased, stir in flavoring and coloring.
Pour onto slightly greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar; break into pieces.
Store in tight container.
Will keep up to six months.
