Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. lard or 1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Blend together the flour, salt and lard or shortening.
    Mix together the egg, vinegar and water.
    Pour egg and water mixture into flour mixture and stir.
    Shape into smooth ball and let stand 20 minutes.
