Flank Steak Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 flank steak, about 1 1/2 lb.
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except steak.
    Slice flank steak into very thin layers, not strips.
    Marinate steak in mixture overnight. Grill meat, turning once.
    Grills quickly.
