Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. sweet milk
6 egg whites
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add flour and sweet milk alternately.
Add well beaten egg whites. Fold in baking powder. Pour batter into two 8 or 9-inch greased and floured pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
