Very Traditional English Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter, cut in pieces
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
all fruit spread (apricot or other)
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and granulated sugar in large bowl.
Add butter; mix with blender by hand or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse corn meal.
