Lemon Layered Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
    2 small boxes lemon instant pudding mix
    3 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix oleo, nuts and flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
