Fruit Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can fruit cocktail
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 medium can drained, crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. whipping cream or 8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain juice from fruit cocktail and cook juice 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in jello and cream cheese (can use mixer to smooth out).
    Add fruit cocktail and crushed pineapple; mix well.
    Refrigerate about 2 hours until it starts to set.
    Whip whipping cream and stir in.
    Put into mold and refrigerate until set.
    Superb!
