Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. liquid sweetener
3 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
2 c. dates
2 c. pecans
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix oleo, eggs, vanilla, sweetener, applesauce, dates and pecans; set aside.
Sift together the flour, cinnamon, cloves and soda.
Add dry ingredients to fruit mixture and mix well.
Bake in angel food cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
