Chicken Epercurine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pieces chicken
    3 or 4 onions, cut into small chunks
    bouillon cubes
    1 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    9 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. green olives
Preparation
    Sear the chicken pieces in oil.
    Cut onions into chunks; put them, some water and a couple of bouillon cubes in with the chicken.
    Cook until tender (2 hours).
    Add the celery.
    Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce; set aside.
    Add the green olives to chicken after 1 1/2 hours.
    Mix in sauce.
    Serve over rice.
