Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. grated, raw carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix and blend everything except carrots.
    When well mixed, add carrots.
    Pour into oblong pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
    When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
