Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. chopped apples
    1 1/2 c. broken nutmeats
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat oil and sugar at high speed.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating one minute after each addition.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir remaining dry ingredients together.
    Add to first mixture.
    Add apples and nutmeats.
    Batter will be very stiff.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
