Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed turnips
    2 eggs, separate whites from yolks
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small piece butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix turnip with egg yolks, onion, sugar, salt, pepper and butter.
    Whip egg whites and add to turnip mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Great served as a Thanksgiving casserole!
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
