Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    about 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut each breast in half and pound with mallet until 1/2-inch thick.
    In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs with Parmesan.
    Place egg in another shallow bowl.
    Dip chicken pieces first into egg and then into crumb mixture until coated.
