Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
chicken breasts
2/3 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Measure out 1/3 cup and refrigerate.
With remaining mixture, brush both sides of chicken.
Coat well with crumbs.
Arrange in lightly greased shallow baking pan.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture for dipping.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
