Caramel Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. caramel ice cream topping
    6 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. bourbon (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch square baking pan; dust with flour.
    Put rolled oats into medium bowl; set aside.
