Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 c. breadcrumbs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground beef
6 onions, sliced thin
2 cans consomme beef soup
2 cans golden mushroom soup
Preparation

Soften bread crumbs in milk.
Add beef, nutmeg, salt, pepper and eggs.
Mix and form into balls.
Brown meatballs in broiler. Remove meatballs and place in large saucepan.
Brown onions in skillet and add onions and soup mixes to saucepan.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
