Three Cheese Lasagna Rolls(Children'S Section Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 wide lasagna noodles
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    About 2 hours before serving, in boiling, salted water, cook lasagna noodles as label directs; drain and cool.
    Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, thoroughly mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt and oregano.
    Cut lasagna noodles in half crosswise.
    On each half, evenly spread 1/4 cup cheese mixture.
    Roll up each noodle, jellyroll fashion.
    Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Arrange rolls on sauce in a single layer; top with remaining sauce.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Makes 4 servings.
