Shabu Shabu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sukiyaki meat (may use sirloin steak, thinly sliced)
    1 medium nappa, cut across in 1 inch slices
    1 bunch spinach, cut in 1 inch slices
    3 to 4 pared carrots, sliced thin diagonally
    8 green onions, cut 2 inches long
    2 blocks regular tofu, cut in 1 inch cubes
    12 small mushrooms or sliced matsutake
    1 (4 inch piece) konbu, rinsed
    2 Tbsp. miso
    8 Tbsp. roasted suri goma
    2 Tbsp. Mirin
    5 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 c. warm dashi
    1/2 tsp. aji (optional)
    4 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix Tare ahead of
    time to pour in individual bowls per serving.
