Oil Pastry(Pie Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    5 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl.
    Put oil and water in a jar and shake vigorously.
    Pour this mixture over the flour and mix with a fork to form a ball.
    Divide in half for 2 single or 1 double crust pie.
    Roll between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
