Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. peeled and sliced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients except for apples and nuts.
Fold in apples and nuts with spoon.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
