Corned Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken in small pieces
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. canned pimento
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 lb. cheese
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 c. cooked rice (1/3 c. before cooking)
Preparation
    Mix all together, except cheese.
    Put in buttered, shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
