Shrimp And Cheese Fettuccine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 medium onion
3/4 c. green onions
1 (5 oz.) can Pet milk
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) jalapeno cheese
1 (12 oz.) egg noodles
Preparation

Saute shrimp, onion and green onions until shrimp is pink and onions are soft.
While this is cooking, boil water for noodles. After shrimp and seasonings are cooked, add Pet milk and 2 cheeses, chopped in squares, to mixture.
Cook until cheeses are melted and mixture is creamy (about 15 minutes on low so mixture doesn't burn).
Boil noodles while mixture is cooking.
Drain noodles, then mix noodles with the shrimp and cheese mixture.
Cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring so doesn't stick.
Serve with French bread as a side item.
