Beat And Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla; mix well.
    Add water.
    Beat with mixer until firm.
    Enough for 2-layer cake.
