Stove Top Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. vermouth
    seasoned salt to taste
    white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add butter and garlic.
    Saute for 2 minutes, carefully coating pan.
    Place shrimp in pan; brown on one side and turn, then sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with vermouth.
    Swirl shrimp and seasonings together.
    Turn off heat and cover.
    Serve immediately.
