Cheese And Rice Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice (1/2 c. raw)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Grease casserole dish, heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt butter, stir in flour and add milk; cook until thickened.
    Add sliced or grated cheese.
    Separate 4 eggs.
    To yolks, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, beat them with fork and add to cheese mixture.
    Add rice. Next, fold into stiff egg whites.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
