Red Beet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated, raw beets
    1 c. coconut
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together oil, sugar, vanilla and almond extract.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to creamed mixture, a little at a time, beating well.
    Fold beets, coconut and crushed pineapple into mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with ice cream or frosting.
