Creamy Crab And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. rigatoni (uncooked)
    1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 medium carrot, sliced
    2 medium green onions, sliced
    1/2 medium red pepper (thin strips)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. lite cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 lb. imitation crab or 2 cans crabmeat
Preparation
    In a 4-quart saucepan, prepare rigatoni according to package directions.
    Add broccoli, carrot, green onions and red pepper the last five minutes of cooking time.
    Drain.
