Batter For U.F.O.'S(Unidentified Frying Objects) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. corn oil
    1 c. milk
    prepared fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese, pickles, etc.
    flour for dusting
    corn oil for frying
Preparation
    Dust prepared food with flour.
    Shake off excess flour.
    Using tong, dip food into batter, letting excess drip off.
    Lower into hot (375\u00b0) corn oil.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
