Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
    3/4 c. Mozzarella, shredded
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Stir in tomato paste, onion, Italian seasoning and salt (it will be thick).
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes; stir often.
    Place biscuits in greased muffin pan, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 12 Pizza Cups.
