Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. chocolate chips (mini chips work best)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    Beat well.
    Add chocolate chips; set aside.
    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat well.
    Line cupcake tin with papers; fill 1/3 full with chocolate batter.
    Top each with a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
