Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. poppy seed
    1 large evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix first
    4
    ingredients with mixer on low speed.
    Add flour, soda,
    salt,
    poppy
    seed
    and
    evaporated milk and mix well. Fold in pecans.
    Pour into an ungreased angel cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
