Makowiec(Poppy Seed Roll) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can poppy seed pastry filling or other Solo brand fillings
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/4 to 4 c. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    In saucepan, heat and stir sour cream, butter, honey and salt until warm and butter almost melts. Turn into large mixing bowl.
    Stir in 1 cup of flour; beat well. Add the softened yeast and eggs; stir until smooth.
    Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can mix in with a spoon.
