Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
8 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar gradually along with vanilla
and
salt.
Mix in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls
on
a
greased cookie tin.
Put cookies in preheated oven
(375\u00b0)
and turn the oven off.
Leave in overnight.
