Picnic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. dried thyme
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.
    In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Dip chicken in egg, then in the crumb mixture.
    In a skillet, brown the chicken in oil and butter over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
