Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
3 jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased pan or iron skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
