Spinach Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Add eggs, milk and butter to flour mixture.
    Add rest of ingredients and stir.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    When cold, cut into squares.
    May be frozen.
    Reheat at 325\u00b0.
