Louisiana Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. butter
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    In medium size bowl, combine butter, sugar and salt; blend well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, flour, cream and pecans.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Serve slightly warm with whipped cream.
