Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 large bell pepper, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 large tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Cook first 5 ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
