Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13inch pan.
Sprinkle nuts and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed, but use milk in place of water.
Pour cake mix over nuts and coconut.
Melt cream cheese and butter, then add powdered sugar and spoon over top of cake batter.
Don't spread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
Cut into squares.
