Pork Roast Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    half or whole pork tenderloin
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large Granny apple, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    kiwi
    stuffed prunes
Preparation
    Salt and pepper loin and sprinkle garlic powder over and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix together celery, apple and onion.
    Put this mixture on a large piece of foil and place the pork loin on top and wrap tightly.
    Cook in a roasting pan at 350\u00b0 until tender.
    Slice kiwi fruit and serve with stuffed prunes.
