Chicken For A Crowd - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 c. chopped onions
4 stalks chopped celery
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. mayo
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing cubes
4 eggs
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Cut chicken in cubes; saute chicken in butter just until it turns white (do not brown it).
Place chicken in baking dish. Saute onions and celery in butter.
Add soup and mayo and stir until heated.
Pour over chicken.
Mix stuffing with eggs and melted butter.
Place stuffing on top of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Additional butter is used to saute onions, celery and chicken.
Soup is mixed with milk just like normal.
