Oatmeal Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. oatmeal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat shortening, butter, sugars, egg, water and vanilla.
    Add combined remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
