Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's white wild rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium jar pimentos
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 cans mushrooms or 1 pt. fresh
    1 lb. can French-style green beans
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. water chestnuts, diced
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute in butter the onions, celery, garlic and mushrooms.
    Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour into greased casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
