Jose'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 c. heavy whipped cream
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Preparation

Lay potatoes in a pan and add the remaining ingredients. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until top is brown and the potatoes are tender and the cream is evaporated.
These are the most wonderful potatoes ever!
