Mexican Layer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados, peeled and mashed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 large can black olives, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans jalapeno bean dip
    1 bunch green onions, plus tops, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
    enough shredded cheese to cover top
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in bowl, adding salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
